Steps to Practice:
Posture: Sukhasana, Padmasana, Vajrasana. Sit in a comfortable posture, keeping spine straight and shoulders relaxed.
Start with taking a deep inhale, expanding lungs fully to your maximum capacity.
Engage your diaphragm and abdominal muscles and exhale forcefully and rhythmically.
Continue this practice with steady inhalations and exhalations, while focusing on creating a rapid & controlled breath cycle.
Best Time & Duration:
Ideal practice time: Early morning on an empty stomach
Duration: Start with 30 repetitions, gradually increasing to 3 rounds of 1 minute each
2. Dwi-khand Pranayama (Two-Part Breath)
How to Practice:
Posture: Sukhasana, Padmasana, Vajrasana. Sit in a comfortable posture, keeping your spine straight and shoulders relaxed.
Inhale shortly, filling only the lower part of the lungs.
After the first Inhale, take a second inhale, slightly deeper, filling the upper part of the lungs.
Similarly exhale in two parts, first releasing air from the upper lungs, then from the lower lungs.
Repeat this process rhythmically, keeping the breath smooth and steady.

Duration: Start with 5 minutes, gradually increasing to 10-15 minutes
