Tadasana (Mountain Pose): This standing pose can help improve posture and alignment, promoting inner strength and fostering confidence and stability.
Bhadrasana (Gracious Pose): This yoga posture is one where you sit with your feet together; your knees are dropped to the sides. Holding your feet, keep your spine straight and breathe deeply. This pose enhances flexibility in the inner thighs, stimulates digestion, and promotes relaxation. It is good for improving circulation in the pelvic region.
Vrikshasana (Tree Pose): Balancing on one leg requires focus and concentration. It can help one achieve peace of mind. It is beneficial for people with depression and anxiety. It also helps to boost self-esteem and self-confidence by representing the development of inner stability and determination.
Balasana (Child's Pose): In this pose, you curl forward with your forehead resting on the ground. It allows deep relaxation and promotes feelings of calmness. It helps to relieve stress, empowering women to acknowledge their feelings, and prioritise their well-being.
Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose): It is a back-bending yoga pose that opens the chest and shoulders, promoting a sense of emotional release. It helps alleviate anxiety and fatigue, and fosters the ability to express yourself authentically.
