Alaya F yoga and fitness: It is Alaya F's insane flexibility that allows her to do difficult yoga poses with ease. The actor is often seen flaunting her flexibility on Instagram, sharing pictures and posts in which she twists and bends her body in difficult yoga and dance poses, and other exercises that involve hanging from a bar, balancing on a gym ball, and such. These routines allow her to be in top shape and look her best on- and off-screen. It goes without saying that the actor is supremely hardworking, too, and she is willing to spend hours and even weeks practising a routine until she masters it.
The 'Freddy' actor was recently seen practising the Scorpion Pose, also known as Vrischikasana, which is considered to be one of the most difficult asanas. Posting a video on Instagram, Alaya wrote: "Monday blues ho ya weekend feels, AF's fitness content is guaranteed." Take a look at the video here.
Vrischikasana is an advanced yoga posture that combines elements of backbending, balancing, and strengthening of the spine and the core. It can be mastered after a lot of practice. As seen in the video, the one who performs this asana assumes the pose of a scorpion, with their legs high up in the air, and bent at the knee. The upper body rests completely on the elbows and forearms, testing their strength. It requires one to be focused and light.
