Pranamasana

Stand at the top of your mat, with feet together and palms in Pranamasana.

Hasta Uttanasana

Inhale, raise your arms overhead and bend backwards in Hasta Uttanasana.

Exhale, fold forward, bringing your hands to the mat in Padahastasana.
