before breakfast (7am-8am)

Full-fat milk tea with sugar or almond milk.

Have two slices of multigrain bread and an omelette with low-fat butter.

You can eat a bowl of oatmeal, cornflakes or porridge with vegetables or upma, khichdi and poha.

Eating two chapattis or two parathas with vegetables can also prove beneficial with fruits.
