Practice Abhyanga

Start the morning with Abhyanga which is a form of Ayurvedic therapy that involves massage of the entire body from the head to the toe with Dosha-specific warm herb-infused oil. A hot sauna or steam bath can be equally beneficial.

Use warm oil

Apply warm oil inside your ears, nostrils and on your feet at night. Also, oil your joints before you head out.
