What precautions one should take after recovering from COVID-19?

Previous exposure to the COVID-19 infection doesn't guarantee immunity against a second infection. Studies suggest that antibodies against the virus may last for only 50-60 days in a human body. In fact, cases of COVID-19 reinfections are being reported from across the globe. In addition, some recovered patients continue to experience symptoms of COVID-19, even after testing negative for the virus. The condition is known as "long Covid" and it is having a debilitating effect on people's lives. In this video, Dr. Randeep Guleria, Director, AIIMS, Delhi talks about the precautions that a patient who has recently recovered from COVID-19 should take.
