Orange: Orange is a good source of water. It also contains vitamin C and potassium, hence is good enough to build a strong immune system, consuming oranges every day can give you clear and bright skin.

Apple: Apple contains 86% water, it also helps in heart health, maintaining blood sugar levels and many more.
