You probably workout all the muscles in your body, but have you ever thought about the muscles set deep inside your pelvic region? Well, one such muscle that is the PC (pubococcygeus muscle) that is greatly responsible for contractions within your vagina and is therefore also responsible in tightening your vagina making it more sensitive during sex. Strengthening this muscle has other benefits too. Not only does it help beat urinary incontinence but it also intensifies the orgasm you can have.
