If you wonder why you are not losing weight after pregnancy despite working so hard, you definitely need to watch this video. Even a vigorous workout is not going to help you much in reaching closer to your weight loss goal. Your body has gone through a lot and changed more than you realise. Starting off with intense workouts immediately after a long break is going to cause more harm than good. Consult your doctor first. Get a complete body check up done before you hit the gym or prepare a home gym for you to workout and take care of the baby simultaneously. Don’t rush into anything. That’s the first mistake you are bound to commit. Here are some myths and facts about post-pregnancy weight loss.

In this video, Roshini Gilbert, director of fitness and services at HealthifyMe and Pragya Bhatt, a senior yoga coach at HealthifyMe, talk about why most women don’t lose weight post pregnancy even after working out regularly. You have to consider a lot of things before you put your body through an awful lot. You need to make a proper list of all the pros and cons of following a specific fitness routine. If you suffer from any conditions like diabetes or hypertension, then you need to modify your workout regimen according to that. We’re sure this video will help you figure out the right fitness plan for you. Share this post and subscribe to our YouTube channel for more videos and updates on live a healthy and fit life.
