1- Avoid sugary items before starting the fast as they will make you more hungry.
2- Before you begin your fasting drink 2-3 glasses of water as it will keep your thirst satiated for some time, after you break the fast try to have food rich in protein and carbohydrates as it will infuse good energy in you.
3- Have dry fruits, dry fruits are a good option for nutrients, therefore before starting your fast have dry fruits as they will provide energy.
4- Avoid having fried items as they will make you feel lethargic and can lower your energy levels.
5- Avoid drinking tea or coffee as it will promote acidity, and keep taking rest throughout the day.
