These hormones target the ovaries in girls. Puberty starts in between 7 to 13 years and when puberty hits your body starts taking shape, you will gain weight, your breast will start developing, and menstruation will begin. All these physical changes lead to mental changes also. Let's watch out for some tips to handle puberty.
