International Girl Child Day 2022: Puberty: When your body reaches a certain age, then your brain releases a special hormone which is responsible for puberty, gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and when this hormone reaches your pituitary gland then this gland release two hormones luteinizing and follicle-stimulating hormone. These hormones target the ovaries in girls. Puberty starts in between 7 to 13 years and when puberty hits your body starts taking shape, you will gain weight, your breast will start developing, and menstruation will begin. All these physical changes lead to mental changes also. Let's watch out for some tips to handle puberty.
