Today is International Day of Yoga, which has been celebrated annually on 21 June since 2015 following its inception in the UN General Assembly in 2014. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had proposed the idea of an International Day of Yoga during his speech at the UN General Assembly on 27 September 2014. Talking to the Zee Digital on International Day Of Yoga, actress and professionally trained dancer Sandeepa Dhar says yoga came into her life much earlier and it changed her life. According to her yoga taught her correct breathing and that has made so much difference in her life. She feels that yoga is something that everyone must do as "it keeps you centred and calms your mind." She believes Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation is the best exercise in the world as it works for your overall health. If you don't have time to workout or go to the gym, just do Surya Namaskar, says the actress.
