International Childhood Cancer Day 2022: Every year we witness 15th of February as International Childhood Cancer Day (ICCD) to raise awareness about the impact of cancer among children, it's types, signs, treatment and extend support for the same. More than 4 lakh children and adolescents of 0-18 years get diagnosed with cancer every year. Though childhood cancers are rare, but they are a leading cause of death in children. Some of the most common types of cancers in children are brain cancer, lymphomas, leukemia, Wilms tumor, Neuroblastoma and bone tumor.
