Hrithik Roshan first warms up for one and a half hours, after doing warm-up he workouts for almost two and a half hours, which involves weight lifting and stretching. Talking about the diet of the actor then he is very particular about his meals, he takes 2 multigrain toast and avocado with 8 eggs for breakfast, and for lunch, he takes brown rice, chicken, and salad. For snacks he used to eat nuts, and protein shakes as pre and post-workout meals, in dinner he eats egg white, chicken, fish and mutton with salad, Hrithik always try to avoid carbs and focus on high-protein food.
