Warm-up 5 minutes (stretches, slow jogging)

Running at 6 mph for 10 minutes on a treadmill

Push-ups 3 sets of 10 reps

Lat Pull Downs 3 sets of 15 reps

Triceps Push Down 3 sets of 12 reps

Dumbbell Raises 3 sets of 20 reps

Bicep Curls 3 sets of 20 reps
