Shilpa Shetty always maintained the '36-24-36 figure perfectly. She managed to 'bounce' back to this figure even post pregnancy. The actress proved to be a 'Baazigar' as she got rid of the 80 kg that she weighed after her pregnancy and she attributes her svelte figure to yoga. You can get a flat belly like Shilpa with this yoga pose. In fact, Shilpa released a set of yoga videos called Shilpa's Yoga where she is seen demonstrating the yoga poses and talking about the several benefits of the yoga asanas. In this video, Shilpa demonstrates the steps of vrikshasana or the tree pose. Vrikshasana or tree pose is an excellent yoga asana to improve your focus and concentration. It is great for the muscles of your stomach and abdomen. Apart from strengthening your core, the asana will also tone the muscles of your thighs and arms and help your mind relax. The asana also aids in relieving menstrual pains. However make sure that you avoid this pose if you have injured your knee or back. Also, if you are a beginner, perform this asana under the supervision of a trained expert. Shilpa also follows right eating habits. As for her meals, she opts for a heavier meal in the day and a light one at night. She avoids snacking on junk food.
