In this video, Shilpa demonstrates the steps of yoga mudra that is an amazing asana to keep your digestive system working properly and beat constipation. The bending action in the lungs helps the blood flow from the lower part of the body to the lungs, bronchioles and digestive system. This asana also cures insomnia, improves concentration and relieves anger and anxiety.
