Studies have shown that the practice of yoga can help cancer patients deal with the long and tedious process of treatment and remission cycles.

In this video, Hansaji Jayadeva Yogendra talks about anulom vilom pranayama, a deep breathing technique that helps relieve stress and anxiety. However, it is crucial to do this on a regular basis to see results. You can't do yoga for a day or two and say that it's not working.
