Why is organic food good for health?

Antioxidants, soldiers of the body, protect from a wide range of infections and diseases by neutralising free radicals (which exerts harmful effect on the body). These chemicals cause hormonal imbalance in the body, early puberty, weight gain, low sperm count and psychological problems. This is why, organic foods are gaining significance in recent times.
