If you think a bench press is just about lifting the barbell or dumbbells to strengthen your upper body, you are partially right. Yes, it strengthens your upper body, but there is more to it than just lifting the barbell or the dumbbells. You need to position yourself correctly on the bench to do a proper bench press. You need to breathe right and grip the barbell or the dumbbells properly to avoid any injuries. There are lots of things that you need to do correctly or rather, differently to get the best results out of the bench press. Here are five easy chest exercises for beginners at the gym.

Not only does he show you the right form and technique but he also explains how to position yourself on the bench and what mistakes you can avoid.
