Which man does not want bigger biceps? It is one of the most easiest body parts to show off.
In this video, fitness trainer Jeff Cavaliere tells us a few tricks that we can use to workout our biceps even more efficiently.
Cavaliere advises you to use a shift grip instead of a normal grip while holding a dumbbell. So, instead of gripping your dumbbell from the middle, you can try gripping it towards one side. Check out our expert tips for bigger, rounder biceps!
Another mistake that a lot of people do is performing bicep curls using just one dumbbell. This is worse than doing bicep curls with dumbbells in both your hands. When you involve both hands, your core and lower body is engaged much more. Check out the exercises for big biceps!
Also, while doing the curl, it is important to bring the barbell (or dumbbells) slowly. A lot of people use all their energy in lifting, and then bring the bar with a jerk.
