When it comes to weight loss, wraps, rolls and frankies are a complete no-no because of their flour base and heavy oil. However, you can always give them a healthy twist and prepare your own healthy version like this one. This low-calorie frankie is prepared with fibre-rich sprouts and protein rich low-fat cottage cheese. It uses very little oil and thus can make for a healthy, yummy and filling evening snack.
