Looking to get a flat belly? Hate doing crunches? Fret not. We present to you a 10 minute standing workout that works out your abs.
You can just follow the fitness trainer who is demonstrating these exercises in the video. There are as many as 10 exercises in this routine, with each exercise lasting for 45 seconds. You are allowed to take a 10 second break in between the exercises. Some of the exercises done in this routine are – standing pike crunch, jumping oblique twists among others.
Other than exercise, you’ll also need to eat right if you want to lose weight. Make sure you consult a nutritionist to find out how many calories you are allowed to burn in a day. Then plan a diet chart according to that. Don’t starve yourself, eat 5-6 small meals per day. Including fruits like apples and oranges, which have negative calories, can also help.
