Along with different types of exercises, Jacqueline believes in yoga too. She was recently seen striking a yoga pose on a pole which is quite difficult and is not everyone’s cup of tea. She has a toned body to die for and she once in a while shares glimpses of the secret behind her fit body and leaves us with a bank of #fitnessgoals.
A few days ago, Jacqueline uploaded a video of her performing the backward bend and it is worth watching. It is a herculean task to perform a backward bend and Jacqueline has shown in the video nothing can stop you achieving your goals. She captioned her video stating that for her fitness has always been about challenges. Here’s what she wrote: “It’s not about the physique, fitness for me has always been about the challenge and finally the feeling of accomplishment… that’s where the addiction lies… ”

Back-bending is one of the most beneficial yoga poses. Its therapeutic effects are unimaginable. Backward bending helps improve your posture, it also helps in getting rid of the slouchy shoulders and is a great exercise for your neck. In our entire life, we bend forward for a lot of things like picking up something from the floor and different household chores, while there is hardly any time that we bend backwards. Therefore it can be a good practice to perform the backward bend to give your back muscles some form of exercise. However, you must not try it on your own and always have a professional around you before trying any such yoga poses out of the blue.
