If you are looking to lose weight from your arms, this workout is for you. The moves in this workout will tone, define and shape your arms as well as your upper body. The moves are easy and it only requires you to hold dumbbells or some object you can hold easily in both your hands. They mainly focus on your deltoids while working on your biceps, triceps and forearms at the same time.
Only be sure to do the moves slowly so that you feel the burn. To increase the number of calories you burn, you can lift heavier weights. But make sure you start with light weights until you get comfortable with the exercises.
