If you want to lose weight on your lower body, spend not more than 15 minutes in your day. This Pilates workout will sculpt and tone your hips, butt, thighs and legs. It is a great low-impact workout which is easy on the knees and does not reuire advanced cardiovascular endurance. It is great for toning muscles and increasing core flexibility and strength. All the moves target your glutes from a range of angles. All these moves are beginner friendly but could me made more intense by using resistance bands and weights.
