Also known as the child’s pose, balasana is calming and rejuvenating in nature. It allows you to relax while you stretch out your arms, lower back and spine. It also gently stretches the hips, thighs, ankles and helps relieve fatigue. It is also a great remedy for that lower back pain you might have from long hours of sitting. Try doing this asana after a tiring day to relax your whole body.
