We know breakfast is the most important meal of the day and to pack a healthy punch, you can include this smoothie. On a day you do not have much time to cook, making this will help in keeping hunger pangs at bay. Made using bananas and almonds, it gives you a healthy dose of potassium, fibre and protein in a glass. Here is the recipe.
- Bananas – 3
- Almonds – 6-8
- Orange juice – 1 cup
- Curd – 6 tbsp
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg – 1/4 tsp
- Mint leaves for garnish
- In a blender, add curd, bananas, honey and orange juice.
- Add nutmeg powder and almonds as well.
- Now blend all the ingredients till you get a nice consistency.
- Pour it in a glass and garnish with mint leaves.
