Shilpa Shetty's secret for toned legs, hips and back

Many Bollywood celebrities attribute their svelte body to yoga. Shilpa Shetty is one of them. Her post-pregnancy weight loss is remarkable and I bet anyone would die for a body like her. She revealed her post-baby body in an exclusive set of videos called Shilpa's Yoga. In this video, she demonstrates the steps of ardha shalabhasana or the locust pose with one leg.
