Shilpa Shetty teaches you how to get toned abs with yoga

Shilpa Shetty is one of the fittest actresses of Bollywood and has made a record by losing 10 kilos in ten months post pregnancy. Wondering how she did it? Well, she swears by yoga and credits her post-pregnancy figure and health to it. She has also come up with yoga DVDs called Shilpa's Yoga. Here is another yoga video by Shilpa Shetty to help you tone your entire body. In this video, Shilpa performs Kativakrasana or spinal twist on the back, that specifically targets the core muscles, stretching and toning the abdomen. It especially helps get rid of excess fat around the waist. The stretching in this pose is very beneficial to get rid of muscular pain. You can also try this pose to get relief from neck and lower back pain. When you perform this asana, ensure that you turn only your neck and not your shoulders as it will harm your spine.
