Would you eat bugs as a source of nutrition? While in some cultures people eat bugs as a regular part of their meal, most of us frown at the very thought of eating those creepy crawlies. But did you know that everybody eats bugs, without their knowledge? And what’s more, insects are great for your health. Packed with more proteins than chicken or lean beef, bugs are also have a lot more vitamins and minerals like thiamine, niacin and iron that other foods like lean beef or even fish might have. Easy and cheap to cultivate, bugs require a lot less water and produce. So would you swap out your chicken meal for one with insects?
