Refreshing summer drink -- Mixed fruit and carrot juice recipe

This mixed fruit and carrot juice is delicious, full of nutrients and perfect for summers. This juice can up your antioxidant intake, and also provide you with fibre, vitamins and minerals. Drinking a glass of this fibre-rich juice for breakfast can keep you full while providing you with that extra dose of energy to kickstart your day. You can also try this cool drink to get some relief from the summer heat. Ingredients:
  • 2 medium carrots (chopped)
  • 2 medium sweet limes (chopped)
  • 1/2 musk melon (chopped)
  • 1 medium apple (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate pearls
  • A few sprigs of fresh mint leaves

Method:

  • Put carrots, sweet lime, musk melon, apple and pomegranate pearls one by one in the mixture and blend.
  • Pour into serving glasses.
  • Serve immediately garnished with mint leaves.
