Diet is a major component of a weight loss plan and should not be ignored. Although hunger pangs can be difficult to control, there are easy recipes that can keep you full and also nourished throughout your weight loss regime. These vegetable spring rolls are not only nutritious but also low in calories as they are not fried; accompanied with the sweet and spicy chilli sauce, they taste delicious. Made with fresh vegetables like carrots, bell peppers, spring onions and rice paper, they contain around 122 calories per serving of four spring rolls. Also Thai fruit salad made with apples, grapes, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, some peanuts and sweet chilli sauce is not only high in nutrition but also low in calories with only 258 calories per bowl.
The sweet and spicy chilli sauce made with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, red chilli, lemon juice and honey which accompanies both these recipes is also low on calories and gives that much required zing to the food.
