The first thing that weight watchers do is to count the number of calories in every food item they eat. Right from salads to the cheese-filled burger, they keep a track of every calorie they eat and work out to burn them to stay in shape. Though this is a mathematical way of losing weight, celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar believes that we should not forget the Indian way of staying fit -- by counting prana and not calories. Prana is essentially the life force or energy which is even present in the food we eat.
