The first thing that weight watchers do is to count the number of calories in every food item they eat. Right from salads to the cheese-filled burger, they keep a track of every calorie they eat and work out to burn them to stay in shape. Prana is essentially the life force or energy which is even present in the food we eat. Watch the video as she explains why counting the pranic value of our meals is more important than counting the number of calories in it.
