Indulging in some cheese cake often leaves us guilty. The yummy layers of fine cheese cream and biscuit are simply beyond heavenly. It’s acts as a perfect mood-changer!
Well, some low-fat Greek yoghurt can add the healthy factor to your cheesecake. Some berries could serve as a delicious and ‘fruity’ layer in this dessert too. When you get to making the cheesecake, you will realise that it’s absolutely easy and fun to experiment with. If you find glucose or digestive biscuits too boring, then use ragi or nachni biscuits or even cookies instead. This would make for a wholesome dessert.
