The fat on your arms and belly can be quite unsightly and difficult to get rid of. But if these are your problem areas yoga can help banish the flab from those areas. In this video yoga instructor Adriene hows you eight yoga poses that can help tone the muscles of your tummy and arms. Whats more is that these poses can be done by anyone and are easy to do. The poses also do not strain your body too much and help you focus on the areas that you want to lose weight.
A word of caution: Make sure you so these poses regularly to see the difference. If you suffer from a neck or back injury please do these asanas under the supervision of a trained yoga teacher.
