In this video by POPSUGAR Fitness Tracey Mallett, celebrity trainer shows you simple yet effective workout moves that you can do in the comfort of your own home, and all you need is a chair. The workout takes only 11 minutes and will tone your buttocks, inner and outer thighs and your abs. So get ready to burn off the fat from those trouble spots.
A word of caution: Use a mat while you do this workout as it will help cushion your feet. You can choose to do this workout barefoot if you are comfortable, alternatively you could use shoes with a thin sole to help make you comfortable. Also, make sure you consult your physician before you do this workout if you have a knee, back or ankle injury.
