If you want to cut down on your body fat, you need to work all parts equally, which includes the legs. Sadly, most people tend to ignore the legs, which not only give them weird-looking physique, but also diminish their body s ability to fight flab. Lunges are a great exercise to strengthen your lower body, in particular your glutes and hamstrings, while also increasing hip mobility. Scott Hermann shows you this variation, using a barbell. They can be performed without weights or with dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells.
