Yoga is known to treat, prevent and sometimes even cure many ailments. Hansaji defines yoga as ‘mastery over mind’. Once you have mastered your mind, there’s no stopping you. You can achieve inner peace with yoga. Yoga makes you calm, patient and very strong, emotionally. She also believes that you need not take time out for yoga. Her one minute mantra for yoga is another way to go. Yoga gives you the power to let go, and stay cheerful and content. If this video doesn’t inspire you to practice yoga, I don’t know what will.
