Healthy meatballs recipe

Ingredients

Minced chicken, beef, turkey 300 g (paneer if you are vegetarian)

Egg whites 3

Raw oats 1 cup

Soy sauce 1-2 teaspoons

A pinch of salt, black pepper and garam masala

Cooking spray (fat-free recommended)

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to make a smooth dough. Take a muffin tray and grease it with cooking spray. Now make small balls of the dough and put them in the tray. If you do not have a muffin tray, use an oven tray. Spray some more cooking spray on top of the balls. Next, place the tray in an oven and set the temperature to 200-225oC. Take it out of the oven after 15-20 minutes and the meatballs are ready.
