Vegetarians are often worried that they aren't getting enough protein in their diet due to their food choices. Since they do not consume any animal products, they miss out on proteins which come from meat, eggs, etc. Vegans too are affected by this as they even eliminate dairy products from their diet. It is therefore a huge concern to get sufficient protein intake.
