We hope we don’t have to tell you about the really hot master chef Vikas Khanna. He is the award-winning Michelin starred Indian chef, restaurateur, and cookbook writer, humanitarian and the judge of the TV show. We got him on camera and made him share his fitness mantra.
With the all the busy schedule he has, you may think it could be quite a challenge for the chef to stay fit. But he manages his day pretty well. His fitness secrets are real simple. He eats a very healthy breakfast, doesn’t do alcohol, or smoking, or drugs and never eats late. That’s not all; he also doesn’t skip exercising. Every day after cleaning the kitchen he heads to the gym and does, cardio, pull-ups, and other bodyweight exercises. Also, despite so much travelling between time zones, he tries to adapt right away to the different time zones. Follow these tips to eat healthy while travelling.
The cute chef also stresses on the fact that the healthiest part of the body is the mind. He says, ‘you can eat the healthiest food but if the mind is not content and you are not happy you are not healthy. The word disease which means ;not at ease’ is in the mind. The stomach can come back to ease very soon. But the mind won’t, and you need to take care of that.’ And the best part of all this is the chef believes in staying happy. He ends the video with a beautiful message where he says that ‘most amazing thing in life is waking up’.
