Healthy mocktail recipe: Blue curacao lemonade

The blue curacao lemonade is a refreshing and chilled beverage. Adding the syrup can be a fun twist to the classic lemonade. Lemon is a rich source of vitamin C. It also contains vitamin B, riboflavin and minerals like calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. It helps with digestive problems when taken with hot water. Besides, it helps in cases of heartburn, worms, nausea and constipation.


  • 1/4 cup blue curacao syrup
  • 2 lemons
  • 20-24 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar syrup
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Drinking soda, as required


  • Cut lemons in round shape and place them in a jug.
  • Add mint leaves and blue curacao syrup, sugar syrup and lots of ice cubes. Mix well.
  • Add soda as required and mix well.
  • Serve chilled.
