This pretty lass has maintained her shape over years, and she has only got better with time. Her bouncing back to her svelte figure post her pregnancy is truly inspiring. But believe us she does not follow any crash or fad diets. Her mantra is to have a balanced meal and exercise regularly. In fact, she attributes her post-natal weight loss to yoga. The ‘lady long legs’ have also released a set of yoga videos where she demonstrates each and every yoga pose and talks about the benefits of each of them. In this video, Shilpa illustrates the steps of Natarajasana or the lord of the dance pose.
Natarajasana is a dynamic yoga pose which is great to stretch and tone the thighs, groin, and the abdomen. The pose also helps tone your shoulders and chest. It can be an excellent asana to melt the fat around your hips, lower back and thighs. Besides, it is a great pose to improve your posture and balance. Also, try these poses to improve your balance.
- Keep your ankle flexible to prevent cramps in the thigh muscles.

- Do not try this pose if you suffer from low blood pressure.
- Avoid this pose if you have any shoulder injury.
- Also, immediately discontinue the pose if you feel dizzy.
