Natrajasana or wide-legged squat is a very effective yoga asana to remove fat from the thighs and get your calf muscles into shape. This asana also stretches the hips and the butts removing the unwanted flab from the area. It also stretches the abdomen, thereby toning the abdominal muscles.

Tips:

  • Avoid this asana if you have a knee or ankle injury as it will put a lot of pressure on them.
  • If you are a beginner and do not have a great balance, you can try doing this pose near a wall to help you with your balance.
