If you ask anyone who has a flat, toned stomach about their fitness regime their immediate reply will be many sets and repetitions of different types of crunches. While the power of crunches cannot be underestimated, after a while they can get really boring even with variations. Here are ten exercises that give you those perfectly sculpted and toned abs without having to lie down on your back. All you need to do is spend 45 seconds each on these exercises and your abdominal muscles will start peeking from under that layer of fat.
Before you start to cringe, know that you don’t need any special equipment for these exercises. A medicine ball or dumb bells to help with the workout.
