Forearms are a part of the body that people don’t usually target in the gym. However, it’s worked out anyway as your forearms are involved whenever you lift weight plates or dumbbells in a gym.
In case you are not going to the gym, and want to get ripped forearms then you should definitely watch this video, where fitness trainer Jeff Cavaliere recommends a simple exercise using a folding chair that can really give you ripped forearms. Towards the end of the video, Cavaliere says, ‘Is this ideal? It doesn’t matter, because it’s what you got. If you’re working out at home, and if you’ve got only the things around you to use, don’t believe that you can’t build muscle with them. You certainly can.’
