Saddlebags result as the accumulation of fat on your upper, outer thighs and are tough to get rid of. Bulging outer thighs are a major concern to many women as it limits your options when it comes to wearing flattering dresses or tight pants and skirts. Although targeting these bulges only might not help you get rid of them, a complete thigh and hip workout is essential. This video shows you exactly how to target your upper thighs and hips with these four 45-second exercises. The first exercise is two cross lunges with a hop in between. This targets your lower legs and the hop gives you that essential cardio workout. The second exercise also is a combination of sidekicks and sit ups. As the workout proceeds, the intensity and the variety of kicks increases targeting your outer thighs and slowly shaping them.
