All you need is 15 minutes daily workout and these three easy moves, you can perform at home without using any weights or other bulky instruments.

Begin with the deadlift with your arms crossed over your chest and legs wide. Now all you need to do is slowly bend forward, keeping your head in line with your spine and try not to slouch. Slowly come up, back to your original position. This step stretches and strengthens your back and also helps in improving your posture. The second pose is even simpler and requires you to lie on the floor on your stomach and open your arms into a 'Y shape . Slowly raise your head and bring your hands besides your thighs, feeling the tension, further raise your chest. Slowly release this position and go back to the original 'Y' shape. This position also strengthens your back and the movement of the arms create a tension in that tough region of your back. The third exercise is the most effective as your body by now is in the momentum of burning the fat. It is called the opposite arm and leg reach and not only works on your back but also on the abdomen and thighs. A toned upper body is characterised by sculpted arms too. Watch how to get rid of those flabby arms in 7 minutes without using weights!

Now get ready to lose that back fat with 3 sets of 15 repetitions each.
